The Mayor of Moscow Yury Luzhkov’s has come under attack after vowing to prevent any Gay Pride activities from taking place in Russia’s capital city. The mayor attended a high profile meeting in London with mayors of other major European cities and the Mayor of Beijing and was met by protestors and a statement from the Mayor of London Ken Livingstone, who said that all citizens have the right to march.
