This is How the World Ends

In the ruins of the decimated city, the buildings sing a lament of the past, of the busy bustle and deafening street hustle which once consumed it from the inside out. Now, though, in the wake of its destruction, there is only the gentle lilt of what once was. Such is the premise for Wrequiem, a mass media collaborative work by Swan Tafe second year Applied Environmental Arts students. The sheer scale of this work must be seen to be believed. It appears at the Junction Art Gallery on Swan Tafe’s Midland Campus until August 4.
