Speaking on the new release, Ramo says there is no one way to be a man.

Pretty Boy is me reclaiming my masculinity and starting a dialogue between men to take responsbility of our insecurities,” Ramo said, “For too long we have repressed our emotions causing pain to ourselves and those around us. The western perception of masculinity is so rigid and limiting.”

“Men can be pretty; women can be handsome. It’s so simple. Just like gender, life is fluid.”

Appearing in Perth last year in support of The Avalanches for Perth Festival, Ramo showed solidarity with the LGBTIQ+ community and spoke out against the Australian Marriage Law Postal Survey.
