Silvia Pitcher – Pride Commitee 2007

Silvia PitcherI’ve been on the women’s subcommittee for three and a half years since it started. I’ve been on sporting committees from club to state levels, so committees are not that unusual for me.

I thought there were problems on the sub-committee and solving them was hard, to do that I needed to be on the main committee. So I joined the main committee because I want to solve those problems as I’m not one to whinge and moan without doing something about it. At the moment I’m taking my time and learning how the committee works, it’s been more complicated than I expected. I’m just looking forward to helping out wherever I can! So this year I’m going to be learning lots about the committee, how it runs and how to help it to run even better.
