Spanish filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar is one of the most acclaimed art-house filmmakers who has built up a loyal following since the 1980s.

His films include What Have I Done to Deserve This, Matador, Law of Desire, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!, Kika, Talk to Her, Bad Education, The Skin I Live In, and many more.

Antonio Bandares came to fame appearing in Almodóvar’s films, and actors including Gael Garcia Bernal, Penelope Cruz, have appeared in his works.

The Room Next Door is his first work in English, and he’s tapped two giant stars for the work. Tilda Swinton and Julianne Moore play reunited friends Martha and Ingrid. Both actors have been praised for their performances.
