Madonna to tour Australia in 2012?


UPDATE 17th October 2011 Live Nation have annouced that the leaked tour itinerary is a hoax and is not true.

There are rumours Madonna will tour next year with a number of stops in Australia including Perth, according to a leading fan blog.

DrownedMadonna.com has reported that an ‘unconfirmed insider’ emailed the supposed itinerary to them today with dates and locations. The tour would start next year on March 31, 2012 in Auckland, New Zealand.

Madonna would then tour in Perth (April 24), Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane after New Zealand and continue to Singapore.

The other countries on the itinerary include Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Israel and UAE.

According to DrownedMadonna.com, the leaked itinerary is genuine.

Local industry insiders could not confirm or deny the news.

The last Madonna tour that came to Australia was in November/December 1993 where she played in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.
