The festival features a wide range of acts including some popular performers from previous years such as British duo Frisky and Mannish (Frisky pictured above) who gave a sneak preview of their show this morning.

Fringe World Festival Director Amber Hasler said that this year’s program is especially exciting.

“Fringe World prides itself on bringing an incredibly diverse program to Perth audiences each year and this year’s program is quite possibly our most spectacular. With over 500 shows making up the Fringe World program with artists flocking from all over the world including South Africa, Canada, New Zealand, Brazil and Switzerland just to name a few.

“Nearly a quarter of our program is brought from countries across the world, however we’re proud to say that approximately half of the Fringe World program for 2015 is made up of local West Australian artists. From cabaret, to dance, to film, to theatre, to comedy, to visual arts, Fringe festival truly has something for everyone.”

Fringe World runs until February 22nd. See OUTinPerth’s Fringe picks here!
