Here's your first look at Ruby Rose as Batwoman

Donning a black suit, cape and red wig Rose is transformed into the comic book character for her upcoming appearance in several television shows including Arrow, Supergirl and The Flash.

Rose’s Batwoman character will also be gay, something which the actor is particularly excited about.

“I’ve always had this saying—well, not me, Oscar Wilde—which is ‘Be yourself because everyone else is taken.’ And the second motto when I came into the industry was ‘Be the person that you needed when you were younger.’ So one motto led me to the other, and I kept crying about it,” Rose said in a recent interview.

“I feel like the reason I kept getting so emotional is that growing up, watching TV, I never saw someone on TV that I could identify with, let alone a superhero, you know?”

Foxtel have announced the cross-over special will air in Australia on December 10, 11 and 12.
