A Greens bill to remove exemptions to NSW anti-discrimination legislation was halted in NSW Parliament earlier this week.
The major parties voted together to gag debate on the Greens bill to close loopholes in the Anti-Discrimination Act, which is over that allow private schools and small businesses to discriminate against people because of their sexuality, disability, gender, marital status and age, which means the bill will not be voted on before the election.
