CoLAB Festival to Bring the Music to UWA

CoLAB Festival is a new collaborative music and arts event coming to UWA’s Oak Lawn this November.

The festival will bring some of Australia’s leading music acts alongside local creatives, food innovators and UWA clubs.

Presenting the event is street publication The Music and youth radio station Triple J as well as the University of Wesstern Australia, whose Electronic Music Appreciation Club will be presenting and programming the Tav stage.

There will be an array of food trucks and custom bars, including a chemistry-lab themed with scientists mixing cocktails. Local creatives will also be providing visual and performance art, including art installations, live art, interactive comedy and theatre.

The music line up includes but is not limited to Hermitude, The Jungle Giants, Midnight Juggernauts, The Kite String Tangle, Sable, Indian Summer, Gang of Youths, The Creases, and Citizen Kay.
