Unless you’re a lighting geek there’s a fair chance you’ve not noticed much about theatre lighting. In Luminaire, that’s all about to change as light itself becomes a performer. Writer /director Chris Donnelly explained that Luminaire is an exercise in making beautiful theatre to delight the senses – with visual and aural elements complementing  each other whilst each offering a unique way to access the narrative Luminaire explores beauty, chemiluminesence, and, er, etch-a-sketch.

Luminaire opens March 15th and runs to March 31, at The Blue Room Theatre with Auslan interpreted performanceon the 24th March.
