At the Avondale Clydesdale and Vintage Day (June 17), Clydesdale horses plough the fields in the traditional style. In Fremantle, the 12th Annual Croatian Food Festival (June 15-24) is on at the Esplanade Hotel. In the hills, follow a healthy hike around Mundaring Weir with the roast Lamb on the Spit ($8.50) at Mundaring Weir Hotel every Sunday from 3pm. While in Mundaring, pay a visit to the HeARTlines exhibition of childrens book illustration, including work by artist Shaun Tan, at the Mundaring Arts Centre.
