'You Can't Ask That' seeks people living with HIV & lesbians for new season

ABC’s You Can’t Ask That is set to return for a fifth season, and the team are currently seeking a new selection of folks willing to answer the tough questions.

The program aims to highlight those who are misunderstood and marginalised in society, giving people and opportunity to ask questions they’ve been too afraid, or respectful, to put forward in everyday conversations.

In the past the program has featured drag performers, intersex people, transgender folk, children of same-sex parents, strippers and more.

For season five, the team are seeking lesbians, people living with HIV, adoptees, “cheaters”, accidental killers, identical twins, people living with anxiety, individuals on the Autism Spectrum and families of missing persons.

ABC are also looking for ‘hard questions’ for these subjects, which can be anonymously submitted online.

To apply to appear on the show or to submit questions for any of the new subjects: go to: www.abc.net.au/youcantaskthat or email ycat@abc.net.au
