The WA Department of Education Services is reviewing the religious syllabus of a local school after it emerged it was including materials that homosexuality was the ‘the sickest sin’.
Yesterday, the Sunday Times reported Armadale Christian College had been testing 14 and 15 year-olds on biblical references to homosexuality. ‘Is homosexuality the sickest sin there is?’ was one of the questions.
In response to the ST questions, the Department of Education Services and the Swan Christian Education Association have reacted with individual reviews of the material taught in the religion and life syllabus.
