British band Hurts highlight violence against gender diverse people in the video for their latest track Beautiful Ones.

The video begins with singer Theo Hutchcraft on the ground having been attacked by three men. The video then runs in reverse showing that Hutchcraft was attacked while dressed as a woman.
The duo have described the video as a celebration of individuality.
The tune is the first new music from the duo since they released their third album Surrender in 2015. The pair recently co-wrote Modern Love, the latest song from The Courteeners.
