The first episode introduces fourteen-year-old Kelsey who faces homophobic bullying at his high school, while the second episode focuses on sixteen-year-old Chelsea who has a physical disability and is tormented by her classmates.

The teens are armed with hidden cameras that capture the unrelenting abuse they face. The team lead by Thorpe then work with both the victims, the perpetrators, parents and schools to tackle the challenges.

The confronting show is at times difficult to watch, seeing the cruelty teenagers can inflict on each other is heartbreaking.
