National LGBTI initiative Out For Australia have launched applications for a new round of queer mentees looking for a step up in the workplace.
Out For Australia’s Mentoring Program helps LGBTIQ students get a head start in the contemporary workplace, pairing students with LGBTIQ professional mentors in their desired field.
The program helps to place students with mentors in a range of fields including law, business, financial services, communications, government and many more.
The mentoring program is designed to last a year, with mentors touching base with participants at least on a quarterly basis to assist with any queries the student may have.
