Build Sandcastles for Rescue Helicopters

On Saturday March 28th, Westpac is hosting the Big Beach Brekky World Record sandcastle attempt at Cottesloe Beach.

The event aims to raise funds for the West Australian Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service (WLRHS).

The WLRHS has performed over 70,000 rescues and its key missions include coastal surveillance, search and rescue.

Participants are invited to join local Rescue Helicopter crewmembers in an attempt to break the world record for the number of sandcastles built within one hour.

The events begins with breakfast at 9am followed by the world record attempt at 10am. All proceeds from the event will go to (WLRHS). More information available here.
