Since she first came to international attention in the 1961 with his signature tune ‘The White Rose of Athens’ Mouskouri has recording songs in many different languages including English, Greek, French, Italian, Spanish and many languages.

Alongside her music Nana Mouskouri is also famous for her iconic look, she’s never been seen without her thick rimmed glasses and bobbed haircut.

To celebrate Nana Mouskouri’s work we’ve created a new Facebook group to showcase her work.

‘The Nana Mouskouri Mild Appreciation Society’

You don’t have to be a super-fan to join, just have a mild interest in the work of this iconic artist.

Nowadays Nana’s records are often found in Op Shops and Second Hand Stores. Which is not surprising given how many millions she’s sold.

To increase the value of Nana’s works the OUTinPerth team have begun a requisition program – buying up all the albums we can lay our hands on.

We’ve also scored two double passes to Nana Mouskouri’s show at The Concert Hall. Head to the giveaways page to enter.
