A senior preacher of a Singaporean ‘megachurch’ has urged the countries Minister for Law not to repeal a law that prohibits intimate contact between two males.
Lawrence Khong, a pastor at Singapore’s Faith Community Baptist Church said in an interview with state-run media that repealing the law would be “pivotal to the implementation of the gay agenda” and described it as an “insidious conspiracy” and an internationally funded political movement.

Khong has been lobbying politicians in the secular state against the repeal of the law and his views have been gaining support amongst conservatives.
