It’s the first day of spring tomorrow so stuff those scarves away and grab a beer! Our favourite Paul McDermott will be performing at the Astor Theatre tonight, it won’t be his expected comedy stand up though, the comedian will be singing. The first show kick-starts at 7pm, and the second at 9pm.

Queer comedian Helchild is performing in Pirates and Sex Dolls at Rosie O’Grady’s from 6:30pm.

End of the week celebrations will be going on as usual at The Court, head down for a pizza and a drag show! Hannah Conda & Co. have been killing it lately so it can’t be missed. Don’t forget to wish Ruby Jewelz a happy birthday tonight!

Honey Lounge opens at 8pm in Newscastle Street, Leederville, tonights DJ is Lee Wilson.

Head on over to Connections after to be turned Inside Out, doors open 10pm.

Saturday

Dust off your tucks or ball gown because the Night of Nights Youth Focus Ball is happening down at the Burswood Complex. Queer comedian Helchild is performing in Pirates and Sex Dolls at Rosie O’Grady’s from 6:30pm. If you’re after a more casual night take your pick of gay venues, with the Hive at Honey Lounge (opens 9pm) or Showpony at Connections (opens 10pm). The Court will also be delivering its usual mix of good music and people.

Sunday

The sixth instalment of Filth will be hitting Connections nightclub. Bring your leather, rubber, uniform or denim. Hot property and guest DJ Kam Shafaati is flying in from Melbourne just for the occasion. Sorry ladies, men only. For a more relaxed night head over to The Court Hotel for a cheap and tasty roast dinner; or to Luxe Bar for Love Sundays.
