With Popsicle, The William Street Collective continue their unending dedication toward delivering unique retail experiences. And this time, they take shopping up a notch. Located at the old abandoned bank opposite Grapeskin (214 William Street to be exact), Popsicle is an eleven day event from September 4 to 14 being held during the 2008 Perth Fashion Festival. It will present Perth with a wealth of underground designers, whether they be creating clothes, jewellery, accessories, home goods and more. What’s so unique about this event is that stage designers will actually reconstruct the interior of the venue to create a series of alcoves, transforming the building into a place of discovery and a wealth of retail therapy. Expect Joveeba, Dapple-Grey (pictured), Golden Child, Generics plus many more.
