The Slaughterblouse

Once in a while there comes a fashion experience which promises to deliver such a unique shopping adventure that it will simply rock your socks off. The Slaughterblouse is such an adventure. Not only does it have the most outrageous name, but it promises to provide a splatter of some of the most amazing labels around. This unique boutique male and female fashion store has the cold hard industrial edge of a slaughterhouse all mixed up with old world feminine charm thanks to French antiques. Throw in clothes from Rittenhouse, Burfitt, Minimarket, Odeur, Cacharel, KIND, Nathan Smith plus many more and you’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven. A gallery space out the back tops off the lavishness of the place, with Loveariel’s feisty bloodthirsty feminist work on display for the first month. The Slaughterblouse can be found at 451 Beaufort Street, Highgate with opening hours Tuesday to Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Finally – fashion to die for!
