Spuds in Space!

DRAWN TOGETHER (Mon May 25, SBS-9pm) – The only animated show that manages to be consistently more offensive than the Bush Administration (though admittedly, the Bush Administration is funnier), DRAWN TOGETHER, even in repeat, is required viewing. A spoof of BIG BROTHER, it has 8 cartoon characters from various animated universes (a Disney Princess, a mystery-solving Musician, a super-hero, a crass internet download, a gay videogame elf, a Pokemon, a vintage Black and White toon and a Spongebob knockoff) attempting to share a house without killing and/or bonking each other. Character standouts are the Black, mystery-solving musician Foxxy Love (‘I’m like Sherlock Holmes, if he played tambourine and shaved his cooch.’) and the Gay videogame character, Xandir P. Wifflebottom (‘My girlfriend deserved to know that I loved man-gina.’).
