Camp? Mann? Shotover? These fabulously titled Queens-town street names were the leading inspiration for local 42 BELOW Brand Ambassador and Gay Ski Week creator, Mike Sanford.

‘Queenstown is the perfect destination and with the dedicated support of 42 BELOW, Gay Ski Week has become a must-do calendar event for the international gay and lesbian community, drawing special guest entertainment artists from across the globe,’ explained Mike.

’42 BELOW proudly supports the gay community worldwide, most recently with its “Cocktail Aid” campaign raising funds for the AIDS Trust of Australia, and through its ongoing support of Gay Ski Week NZ in 2007.

‘This year for the first time we have extended the event from seven to nine days, making Gay Ski Week NZ 2007 a fantastic ski season event for people to catch up from all over the world,’ added Mike.
